Welcome to Cliio. By using our application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cliio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cliio is a desktop application that provides a unified interface for managing AI CLI tools. Cliio does not provide AI services directly — it interfaces with third-party AI CLI tools that you install and authenticate separately.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Cliio offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within 14 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Cliio for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Circumvent any access or usage limitations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use Cliio to develop competing products

6. Third-Party Services

Cliio integrates with third-party AI CLI tools (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, etc.). Your use of these tools is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

Cliio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cliio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your code, projects, and any content you create using Cliio.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cliio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Cliio will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use Cliio
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Any content obtained from the service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Cliio will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of Cliio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
